Nice, relaxing gaming.4 found this helpful
I was drunk and watching critical role and they hawked it. Came in expecting Disco Elysium with cool ship combat parts, left disappointed. Ship combat is mid and a little chunky it really needs more cooking if it's gonna be this much of the game. Characters are okay, I thought it'd be a little more character/narrative focused from the marketing but it's not very character focused at all, there is very little that changes from chatting to people. Honestly the story was kinda boring and irrelevant, they'd have done a better job making it something more action focused. Skippable, honestly.3 found this helpful
A beautiful and fun visual novel with some combat encounters and skill checks in dialogues. Not quite an RPG in my book, but still a nice game, and it's not too long to bore you. The combat system has an interesting twist, since we fight in cars, so oncoming obstacles, for example, are a big threat. But I feel the idea merits more attention than given to it in the game - you rarely have to be REALLY inventive. The boss encounters are somewhat boring in that there are no tricks to them - just enemy cars with a lot of HP. The story is a noir, and characters are relatively interesting, though you probably wouldn't be remembering the lot of them for years to come. I think the ending is a bit too cliche, and some takes sound too naive, but still, not a bad effort. I think the ending also leaves the possibility of a sequel, and if so, I'll buy it.3 found this helpful
I had a lot of fun with this and the writing is wonderful. Unfortunately, cannot defeat the final boss and I really think there needs to be more options for acquiring funds, optimising builds etc prior to the final boss2 found this helpful
This is a hidden gem that deserves to be significantly less hidden l. Fun aesthetics, smart writing, and extremely engaging characters. Seriously, protagonist Gia is the most iconic bisexual Italian video game lead since Mario. If that’s not enough to sell you, the vehicular combat is surprisingly deep and the voice actors crush it.1 found this helpful
I had a great time with this game, though I'd recommend buying it on sale (as I did). It's a fun indie game with some very likeable characters and the tactical car combat gives it a unique flavor.
