Best installment
If you like the Borderlands series, you'll like this one. Plenty of content. Great combat. Story better than 3, not as good as 2. More Borderlands in general.
Actually a good game and really fun
Game could have been fun but it is frustratingly very easy. Playing coop I spend most of the time just watching a tv show on the side because my two other friends have easily enough firepower to wipe out each encounter in a couple of seconds so I just don't even bother helping half the time because the only thing I am fighting is my friends for tiny scrap of fight. You would think enemies could survive more than a gentle breeze there way on hardest difficulty and 2 coop players in the game. Guns are fun and world is so so so it gets a recommend since there isn't a maybe option. But I doubt I will really be playing it much with how unchallenging it was.
Even though I am a big borderlands fan I just cant get behind this one. The vault hunter designs are hideous. The NPCs are highly forgettable. We got homeless brick, Heimerdinger from Arcane, and the bosses are essentially the same with little variation. Don't even get me started on the final boss, a guy you met at the beginning of the game and knew for a grand total of like 5 minutes goes and dies, just to come back with some autistic vengeance towards US? I DONT EVEN KNOW YOU?? I was extremely lost during the first few minutes of the fight. It was nice to see Lilith and others though. Also still hate the world design they picked up from Wonderland. The game looks like a sandbox game you'd get from indie dev using unreal engine. Lastly, NO DUELS OR TRADING? LIKE THATS THE WHOLE BORDERLANDS THING!
Got redirected to the site because "it detected a third party tool" while I was fast traveling to the final mission. Not sure what third party system it thinks im using, but I'll take the 126 gigs of space back on my pc. Thanks Valve.
