What Steam players say

Borderlands The Pre-Sequel impresses players with its sharp writing, memorable characters, and creative mechanics like Oz kits and cryo weapons that successfully differentiate it from Borderlands 2. However, players consistently criticize the bloated map design that feels disproportionately large relative to the actual content available, making exploration tedious despite the game's otherwise engaging gameplay and humor.
Meow. Where's the party?
Borderlands The Pre-Sequel is a master class in how to make a game. As a Borderlands title, the writing is absolutely outstanding and the playable characters are some of the most likeable in the entire series, in my opinion. This game takes Borderlands 2 and turns it on it's head with fresh, new mechanics like Oz kits, the grinder, laser guns, and the introduction of cryo weaponry. 2K Australia really hit it outta the park with this one, in all respects. Though the game isn't long, it's also not short. I feel it fits perfectly in that sweet spot of how long a game should be. Some of the characters can be a bit grading (looking at you Pickle) but you can feel the love and passion these writers had for this franchise oozing out of every aspect of this game! RIP 2K Australia, you will be missed.
Compared to 4 i actually enjoyed this title. The only thing I didn't like as per usual with borderlands is the maps are too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ big for the amount of content available. Map design ergo is abysmal. Beyond that liked the aussie humor a lot, fun characters, fun dialogue, and fun guns to shoot.
:}
YES
Every moon is kinda' like another spherical Australia, IMO.
