The problems are straightforward and nice for brushing up logic if you already know some programming. It does have a learning section but it is quite limited and you are better off watching a YouTube video about it. The interface is simple and I used another IDE anyways because I like my own personalization and I miss the QoL features it gives me that the ingame editor does not provide. It usually rotates three different problems from the pool of coding problems which is a nice touch. You can do the interview mode which gives tests with quizzes and coding problems from the pool under a time limit. I dont know if it is a time zone thing but the lobbies were empty for the multiplayer aspect. I loved how you can filter out the quizzes and code problems so it is easier to track which you have not completed yet.

this is a great contained way to practice. The forums are... mostly people who forget they can open VSCode and copy/try their own code. I find myself in Java without using an IDE due to the fact I started on VS C++ when it was about the same. Also C++ is the same for everything except Map/hashtables. (the lack of knowledge about this and the fact new coders don't try new languages like they used to is sadly apparent in the questions, this is not the devs fault, just something I've noticed about the newer industry). If you are absolutely new to coding, I highly recommend not polluting your mind with algorithms and instead, build a project. Focus on code organizing from Code Complete or another book. 1st editioin organizes chapters 1-8, but 2nd edition moves around code advice. Disclaimer, I haven't read 2nd edition, nor did I read past ch. 8 (it was mgmt stuff). After you've got Don't Repeat Yourself down and made a few hangmans, guess the number, etc, then read the 14 patterns of coding interviews (free blog on internet). Then find a book or course. Take each subject and practice with it. Play. Do bit tricks, eg: use bitflags when you can, play with pointer memory. Find weird wa…

This didn't help me at all!

Fun game over all. I couldnt fully say it is fully gamified. However, not all problems require DSA shenanigans, and it is not stressful to do. I had a decent knowledge about DSA, but I had low motivation, so I couldnt bring myself to finish much problems on Leetcode. Now, I use this game as main way of learning DSA mostly when I'm tired, then I use Codeforce to practice more of math and cp (around 1200 rate problems). Finally I can get myself to learn. Thank you very much! This way is pretty rewarding.

Is fun to do, wish there were solutions after you complete it though.

Basically leetcode offline, would like to see auto complete and workshop so people can add problems.
