how do you get tools I am stuck on level where have to remove stars. I must be thick cannot get any further. click on tools nothing happens . game only gives you few shuffles. grrrr

This game is what it is, A matching game with a story line. Simple if you are into such things then this is for you and at a low cost it'll happily give you value for time.

Plus - Interesting, noir style mystery. 1930s Mickey Spillane type (youngsters can look that up). Match-3 plus hidden object with an ongoing story where you as a private detective and a fellow policewoman take down the mob. - Has voices doing the dialog as well as text (dialogue is short; I think you can skip, but it's interesting to hear the plot.) Music and sound effects better than normal for this kind of game. I did finally turn off the music as it was getting repetitive. (However, I usually turn off or set to low any music straight away, so it's worth checking out.) - Collect stars, cards (clues) and police badges to move to the next part of the story. Also buy and power-up tools to take out more cells. However, some tools take a long time to power up. I found the baseball bat (1 square), lug wrench (both 1 row and 1 column) the most useful. Dynamite pretty much takes out the whole board and is sometimes necessary, but takes so long to power up, you might find you're almost finished with the level. - Annoyance about tools: You cannot save the power you collected for the next level, so you might as well use whatever tools you need. Minus - Bug: Sometimes gives swap *hints* …

These two games are my favorite eFunSoft Matching games.

This is very entertaining game that has object finding, match 3 game features, musical theme background, sound effects and great storytelling.
