About Cursed House 8
Cursed House 8 is a Match 3 Puzzle game. The level size has been increased by transitioning to a wide screen, making the levels more interesting. Similar to the previous installment, the game offers two gameplay modes - normal and increased difficulty. Levels differ significantly between these modes, effectively making it two games in one.
Additionally, a new feature introduced for the first time is the HINT button, providing interactive assistance in level completion by showing what needs to be done.
This game also introduces a new bonus game - Bugs.
The game includes:
2 Hidden Object scenes
7 Spot the difference scenes
20 Bug games
20 Solitaires
100 Match 3 levels (most of them are available in both hard and regular difficulty versions)

"Cursed House 8" is an atypical match-3 game with minigames as bonus. It runs flawlessly and it will stimulate your brain! A very tricky match-3 with power-ups and unique ways to solve the puzzles. You get to fight against evil demons and through the use of an ancient amulet that you slowly power up, to restore the house to its former glory! The game contains the minigames Bugs, Spot the Difference, Solitaire and HO. The levels themselves are hard but leave an impression and above all they are fun. So you will be glad it wasn't a piece of cake that required no thinking and ended in 10 minutes. The visual effects, animations and music will help a lot in keeping you calm and focused on the task at hand. If you are stuck, you can use the hint system, which I find very good, comprehensive and helpful. On top of that, they have added a beautifully crafted grimoire as help. It will keep you busy for hours but without overstaying its welcome and you can always replay it due to its nature. One of the most fun and intriguing match-3 puzzle games out there. 100 M3-puzzle levels with lots of minigames as usual: HOS, solitaire, spot the difference, and the addition of Sokoban puzzles for the first time in the series. The difficulty is on the easier side for Cursed House, with the exception of a handful of levels in hard difficulty mode which require you to remove obstacles in a very specific order. There is a lot less of the "play half the puzzle and then the rest finishes itself" happening, although in many cases, once you open the last trunk, all the rest of the coins appear in an easy to collect layout. The Sokoban minigames are a refreshing change for this series, but they are pretty rudimentary puzzles in this installment. If you want legitimately challenging versions of this minigame, play either CH13 or CH15. The cursed house scene has gone back to being a house instead of a town or village, and is one of my favorite scenes of the series, as it's not overly tacky looking, and the gargoyles and dragons in the scene are cool. The finished, un-cursed home is attractive.1 found this helpful
Too many bugs that force you to restart the level, but one in level 98 is simply unsolvable if you don't follow the thoughts of the dev. Otherwise, it's just the same game as the previous ones.
