About Death Road to Canada
Drive a carload of quirky survivors across a zombie-infested continent, managing personalities, recruiting oddballs, and battling massive undead hordes in this endlessly replayable road trip simulator. Every playthrough is wildly different thanks to randomized locations, events, and survivors, wrapped in a tongue-in-cheek comedy that lets you customize characters, throw furniture, and teach dogs to drive.
Death Road is built for replay value. Everything is randomized: locations, events, survivor appearances and personalities. There's a different story every time you play, set in a world that doesn't take itself too seriously.
Death Features:
- Up to 500 zombies can hunt you down at a time. Fight them, try to squirm past, or run.
- Use the character creator to put yourself, friends, and family in the game. Have them show up at random to get eaten!
- Find special and rare events, weapons, and characters with strange abilities.
- Make tough choices in Interactive Fiction events. Get different options and results based on the traits of your party members.
- Teach a dog how to drive a car.
- Throw chairs. Get your characters strong enough to throw large sofas.
- Most family friendly zombie apocalypse game on the market! Any gore explosion is in a cute style. We censor the word d*ngus once.
- Tell people to "Cool it."
- 4 player local same screen co-op where you control up to 4 characters!

Relaxing rogueLITE (emphazis on the lite) Being lite means that you can get stronger for future runs and it makes your own save more relaxing to play. I find it quite fun, plus the AI behaves decent enough that you don't want it off your game. I'd say give it a try, especially if you played games like "Streets of Rogue"
Just got to f Canada for the first time!!! The game is super fun! Hard, but fun. You try, you fail, you repeat and then you finally get to Canada!!! Im so emotional it took me 11.7 hours LOOOOL GO BUY THIS S
I adore this game! Most of my hours are on the Xbox version, but I have played it on PC too. The game has an awesome pixel art style which can be equal parts appealing and horrifying. It has an incredible soundtrack that shifts to fit the atmosphere so well. The gameplay is one of the most unique roguelikes I've ever played. You start by customizing a few characters in the character pool, probably you and your friends. I like to start off with me and my brother. There are different traits and perks, and it's fun to mix and match them and try different builds. And then, of course, there's the actual gameplay, where you have to manage resources and go on scavenging runs, all while avoiding the deadly threat of the zombies. The game can be really goofy at times, with the dialogue and the zombies, but it can also get genuinely horrifying and very tense at different moments. In particular, the music in the final siege has always stood out to me. The game has a steep learning curve, but once you play it enough, you'll be cruising through normal mode in no time. Don't worry, there's lots of great challenges in the other modes as well. Just an excellent game, and I'm super excited for …
