About Demon's Mirror
Demon’s Mirror combines roguelike deckbuilding and a grid manipulation battle system to create a unique experience where Slay the Spire meets Puzzle Quest.
Play as one of three trapped souls and embark on a treacherous journey where your worst nightmares lie in ambush! Collect new cards and gain power as you navigate an ever-changing labyrinth of increasing challenges to solve the mystery of the demonic mirror that trapped you here.
Discover over 200 cards to create the ultimate deck! Select cards that grant special powers to deal heavy damage to your enemies or set up clever synergies and punishing combos. Get creative and experiment!

Combining deckbuilding and chain-3 mechanics puts you in control of the battle! Collect and wield powerful cards to manipulate the grid and unleash devastating combos upon your foes while chaining tiles to attack, defend, gather resources or decrease your enemy’s power. The added complexity brings depth to traditional deck-building, providing a fresh and engaging experience.

Quite a fun game! It basically mix deckbuilder with a match-3-like ressource collection mechanic(it's more about moving pieces and doing the longest connection of the ressource you need in one go), and it DO succeed at making that formula works well in a way that feel cohesive and not artificial. each of the 3 character have significantly different gameplay and even thought the simpler character sounds like the best solution, the more complex one ended up being more fun to play as, without feling too risky to use. The fight CAN get slow, but thankfully there's some difficulty modifier you can activate to turn all into your advantage, and the game won't penalize you for doing that, so that ultimately wasn't an issue in the end. The unlocks that 'improve' your characters with more possible cards and relics are also slow to be dished out, however everyone come already with enough tool to beat the game so that too wasn't an issue ultimately. The only real downside is that there isn't a tons ov possible variation in the ennemies and bosses between playthrought. there IS some, enought to keep you entertained until you fully finish the game, but it also mean that the replay value will be …4 found this helpful
Very cheap version of Slay the Spire. Copies a lot from that game, while adding a puzzle that just hampers you most of the time because it is completely luck based. Basically, a much worse version of Slay the Spire. Just buy Slay the Spire or Monster Train, this game is not worth the time.1 found this helpful
This is a really diff take on STS type of game, it looks clean and cute has some challenge to it already without adding modifiers. Gonna get to a poiint where i wish there was more than 3 classes though cos its fun :) Would recommend for anyone who likes STS to give this a try.1 found this helpful
Play Time: 28.9hrs Achievements: 33 out of 36 Date/Version: January 3rd 2026 / Patch Oct 18th 2024 Rating: 7.0 out of 10. Demon's Mirror is a deck-building, match many (not match 3), roguelike game. There's a strong possibility you've played other match 3 games, this on the other hand adds some additional twists, and infuses itself with other genres. You have 3 unique characters to choose from who have a variety of builds, some have more builds than others. But like any game, some builds are less effective against particular bosses or enemies. With there being 3 unique characters to play as you'll find yourself playing or potentially gravitating towards one character, try to beat as many gameplays as you can. As mastering cards (for an achievement) requires you to win, and loosing results in nothing, not even experience points. Like many other Rougelike Deckbuilders, this game has a grid based map, that offers a variety of paths, but sometimes these paths offer branching paths which can be helpful at times. You'll encounter elite fights, regular enemy fights, events, surprise ambush style fights, and boss fights. Some of the events you'll encounter will have mini games, matching…1 found this helpful
Slay the Spire + Match 3 = AWESOME!
If what you're looking for is a Slay The Spire clone with a new luck+strategy mechanic thrown into the mix then this game might be for you The problem I have with it is that it's TOO similar to its inspiration. It looks and feels like STS in every way; just with this tile board shoehorned in. And the new mechanic isn't interesting enough to carry the weight of all that, in my opinion.
