Game in itself is actually pretty fun, but it came out 2012.. and it is STILL in 2026 riddled with bugs of the kind that makes progression impossible. Only way around it is to reload a previous save and hope for the best.. again and again.

Not the best point-and-click out there, but a decent few hour adventure. Most achievements are easy to get if you pay attention and story is simple, yet sweet. Artstyle makes it hold-up even after the years. Characters are a bit on the nose at times and humor is very much hit or miss, but it's still worth getting on some holiday say and playing on two comfy evenings. From what I've watched about other parts of the saga, this one is the supposed 'peak' and it goes downhill from here. Probably up to debate, still important to note that whole saga is really overpriced for what it has to offer and the narrative does desolve into hard ret-cons and plot holes later down the line. Once again, if you have time and spare change to get this on holiday sale, go for it, but really be careful before full diving into whole series of games one after another, you might not be as happy depending on what you value in the first game.

This is honestly the best click and point game i've ever played. I'm so invested in the story i wasted no time to purchase the other 3 parts.

Deponia, and sequels, are amongst the top point-n-click games you will ever play. Excellent story and graphics, funny, interesting characters, puzzles neither too hard nor too easy.

Not really my type of game but since it was free......I had fun with it :D Makes me want to play and but the rest of the adventure
