Players praise Epic Mickey Rebrushed as a charming and creative platformer with beautiful art style, engaging collectathon gameplay, and rewarding references to Disney history and theme parks that appeal to both nostalgic fans and newcomers alike. The main criticisms center on the lack of voice acting and limited ability to revisit levels to collect missed items without replaying entire sections of the game.
Wow where can I start, such a talented development team they really did an immaculate job remaking a well rounded title. Every aspect of the game really does reel you in like no other. It is such a casual adventure game with great side content/collectibles to soak in the true Epic Mickey experience. Though the artwork and contrast of colors do differ from the original title, it is a sight for sore eyes to sit back either on a steam deck or in your chair and just embrace the world. I do appreciate collectibles not hindering 100% completition and the ability to new game+ collectibles into your next run if you do feel like collecting all of them, since your actions and playstyle do create different outcomes and consequences. Even for being a disney game, levels/areas do not feel like their are holding your hand and you're mindlessly following a path. You do have a sense of freedom in tackling every new area in how ever you want and side quest not being thrown in your face to slow down progression. This game to me is worth the 40$ price tag but way more wallet friendly in a sale.3 found this helpful
epic mickey has always been special to me, i credit my love of art and animation as stemming from this game and disney. this game has such a unique way to use disney's most iconic mascot(s) in a more "edgy" environment/world while still keeping that childlike whimsy of the mickey mouse characters. it's been fun to reexperience this game in a very high quality remaster, and I hope to see potentially a remaster of the sequel :)

Great time if you like 3D platformers and Pre Mid 2010's cash-grab era Disney Charm. Only thing Il say is launch with Direct11x for best experience, stuttering in 12 was never fully fixed.
This is one of my favorite childhood games, and I was so pleased to have a great modern experience in the Rebrushed version. If you're a fan of Disney history and the theme parks, this game is very much a well-crafted, loving homage to those aspects of the Mouse empire.
