It has an old school feel & somewhat boardgame style. Traversing the world map is arduous, while generic looking dungeons are repetitive to crawl through for the mundane sidequests needed to grind for gold & XP. Combat lacks balance & the pacing is off resulting in too many unsatisfactory encounters. Character building is restricted & party management limited. Due to unclear explanations of mechanics, it is hard to get into & the clunky nature of many of its features give it a disjointed feel. The UI needs work to make it more user friendly. Its a tough play, but buried beneath the obfuscation & confusing labels there is semblance of a good game. It is redeemable, but right now its a FLAWED experience. This game is based on the homonymous series of comics from the Italian company Bonelli. Disclaimer: I'm a big fan of the comics With that say, I will confirm that if you know and like the comics series than you will need to play this game. Being able to form teams with the main characters (Ian, Gmor, Sera, Alben and Myrva) and travel around the Erondar region is priceless. With that said, if you've never heard of the franchise, don't fret. While it is kind of hard to get into such a big universe, with an established, big lore it is well worth it, the game is full of peculiar mechanics and ideas worth of trying. If you are a fan of board games, then you really need to give it a go, at least trying the demo to see if it's your cup of tea. Also you'll see the gorgeous hand drawn illustrations, which are them alone worth the price of the package! The game is the first one from the developers Operaludica and it shows in some aspects, for example the UI could use some work, as right now is not super clear, but for my understanding the devs will keep working on the game, as it really seems to be their labour of love.12 found this helpful
*Early Release disclaimer* The artwork is amazing. Truly fantastic. The English grammar errors, missing words, changing fonts and other 'bugs' lost me. I know it is in development...but please have some beta checkers help you with some of these issues.7 found this helpful

Rpg with an old CRPG vibe based on italian comic books. The comic book style cutscenes is what stands out the most about the game. The UI is a bit simplistic and the controls take some getting used to. For example, it is not immediately obvious when you level up. Essentially, you take on quests and go adventuring across the map with some heroes you choose at the beginning. Like a tabletop rpg, you need to buy things that are taken for granted in typical rpgs like food, arrows, lockpicks and etc. Monsters drop material that be can be used for crafting food or armor upgrades. A bit rough but recommended for people who like older style CRPGS.4 found this helpful
Terribly translated, a lot of the writing is difficult to read. The game is extremely clunky and the UI is aweful.1 found this helpful
