About Draw Near
We are currently working on a correct English translation. It is scheduled to be implemented in the next update (Ver.1.8.1).

This is a student indie game developed in 2017 by high school students Taiga Nishimura (16 years old at the time) and Masaharu Nakajima (17 years old at the time).
We hope that everyone will enjoy this memorable game that we dedicated all of our holidays and after school hours to develop.

●ATTENTION
Plaease Disable steam input if you use GamePad
You can play this game even if you do not have a VR headset.
It is divided into "non-VR main story mode" and "VR dedicated battle mode".
"VR dedicated battle mode" is just a bonus content. Do not expect too much because it is incomplete.

Huge meteorites suddenly collided with your spaceship and your ship is drifting in the outer space.
Let's take various actions and survive in the lonely universe!

Игра «Draw Near» — увлекательный выбор для компании! Простой механизм: один игрок рисует, остальные угадывают, но с неожиданным поворотом — рисунки появляются по частям, а игроки могут вносить коррективы. Атмосфера дружеская, юмористическая, идеально подходит для вечеринок. Минус: требует внимания и терпения, особенно при сложных темах. В целом — весело, динамично, отлично поднимает настроение. Рекомендую для любителей творческих и социальных игр.
"Draw Near" is a student project from a couple of Japanese high school students, and unsurprisingly it's better than most "amateur" games here on Steam. That doesn't mean it's great, but it's better than most "free" (and a lot of paid) games here on Steam. What do you do in the game? Run around a space station and solve some simple puzzles and things. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic.
