Unfinished game. It lacks most of the assets, making it simply unplayable. The "how to play" talks about elements which don't exist yet and the video of presentation of the game on the Steam shop page shows many elements completely absent of the game. Also, the game menu has a "controls" page but it's empty. The page doesn't show up. Don't download it.

Enchanted - A Magic Shop is a low key asset flip, a bunch of other people's assets assembled badly to make a basic game, typically this kind of thing is done by amateur developers without sufficient budget, talent and/or staff to do the job of game development professionally. It's then quickly rushed into Steam Direct. And, unsurprisingly, this never results in a product with any quality, interest, or value for gamers. This was an attempt to make a kind of ripoff of Shoppe Keep, featuring the same rather poor low poly visuals (but this time from an asset store). It's incredibly bare bones, barely works, and obviously this alpha quality tech demo feels more like a student homework assignment where the student failed rather than a real PC game. So, the game might look better than you'd expect from an amateur project, but this is because it's partially or completely made up of stock assets, "borrowed" from asset stores and free asset websites. Very little in this game is truly the creation of the "developer", it's just a bunch of rearranged assets. Enchanted - A Magic Shop takes the familiar shopkeeping simulator and dresses it in a charming world of spells, grimoires, mysterious customers, and arcane commerce. Developed and published by Freddy Akpoly, it revolves around running a magical bookstore where success requires more than simply placing products on shelves and collecting money. Its combination of customer interaction, inventory management, spell crafting, exploration of magical knowledge, and business progression gives the concept a distinctive personality. Rather than trying to create an intensely realistic retail simulator, the game leans into a lighter fantasy experience where managing a store is intertwined with learning the strange rules of its magical world. One of its more interesting ideas is how customers describe what they need. Visitors can provide clues rather than straightforward shopping requests, requiring the player to interpret their dialogue and identify the correct grimoire or magical item. This game has too many glitches in it and does not give clear instructions on anything in the game the doors do not appear when they are supposed to to open or shut them

"Enchanted - A Magic Shop" is like running a fantasy store where your customers are wizards and mythical creatures. You sell potions, spellbooks, and magical items while solving puzzles and going on quests. It's a chill, cozy game if you like managing a store in a magical world.
