About Falcon
Pilot an F-16 Fighting Falcon through high-speed combat missions with realistic avionics, weapons systems, and dogfighting against skilled enemy MiGs. Stunning 3-D graphics, multiple viewing angles, and twelve varied missions let you master heat-seeking missiles, air-to-ground ordnance, and low-altitude strikes across procedurally-detailed terrain.
Whether you are a novice pilot or a real "top gun," FALCON is for you! 3-D graphic images of buildings, forests, freeways, and bridges flash by as you fly at the speed of sound only 150 feet above the deck. Take out bridges, power stations, tanks, airfields, and SAM sites. Even fly with an F-16 wingman as you take on one of the many daring missions.
"Sweaty palms" and a pounding heart are normal occurrences during dogfight engagements in FALCON. Mastering the most effective use of your heat-seeking missiles, Maverick missiles, bombs and cannon systems will determine your destiny. The MiG-21's will be merciless. FALCON - you won't believe it!

I have more fun watching other people play these classic flight simulation games than I do playing them myself. I'm just not good at them and give up too easily.3 found this helpful
I love this sim, its graphics are dated and its sound is mostly non-existent, but its a good tough game2 found this helpful

Tip: When you start the game set the "Machine" to "286 (8MHz)" to have the plane move through the sky at a realistic speed. At the time I'm writing this the default setting was "286 (16MHz)" and the game ran way too fast, as if time compression was on. I'm pretty sure 8MHz has it running at the realistic speed. At 300 knots and 20 degrees nose up it should take you ~6 seconds to gain 1000 feet of altitude. I'll update this review as I play through the game more.
