About Fire of Life: New Day
✦ AI summary
Navigate five interconnected storylines across a supernatural college town where fae, vampires, mages, shapeshifters, and demons clash for power and survival. Customize your experience with character renaming and content filters while uncovering how each faction's secrets collide in this branching adult visual novel.
A new year starts at the Oakland Institute, where everything seems normal for college students.
Except for a Fiery Redhead shaking things up for a young man.
Or a young magic user getting used to living in this world after being secluded in a pocket dimension.

Or a group of shapeshifters either trying to dominate or survive.
There seems to be always a vampire ready to make a power play for domination that make it seem like the demons are the sane ones. All these forces in one town are a powder keg ready to explode.Fire of Life: New Day is part one of a series of planned Adult Visual Novels that follows five different storylines (fae, vampire. mage, shifter, and demon) that interconnect at different points. There is not a single main character, but you can customize it by being able to rename characters to your liking. It uses Renpy to facilitate the story, so the normal features (Replay, Galleries, and Save Options) are included. In addition to those features, there are content filters (NSFW and Content Warning) that lead to alternate scenes for individuals. :)

The Best = The Developer actually reads and fixes issues you have. The Good = The characters are all attractive, with many having different kinds of abilities based on lore from around the globe. +Story type is unusual. You're thrust into a world you never knew existed. +The characters are unique and intriguing. (I won't give away spoilers, but what you know about a character quickly changes) +The Developer listened about Renders, and went out of their way to make them better. A true diamond in the rough. I have never met a developer this engaged with their community. Truly worth the asking price because of the dev, and the story is actually engaging.8 found this helpful
It's ok yet again its still in development, so it is adding fixes as time goes on. The only thing that bugs me is the price I know its early access but $5.00 for is kinda steep especially with the bugs and missteps. Again I get it the development team has been putting out patches and fixes; just wish at the point the game is at either they have been a discount or something else to kind of fill in gaps for people that paid full price and got a game that is really cool but buggy and sometimes infuriating. Like I said the game is on the right track the dev team is really listening and fixing issues, just wanted kinda put that out there4 found this helpful
As of writing this review, the purchased game has the same amount of content as the demo2 found this helpful
Was not much here to begin with, but an intriguing Idea and confusing story. Still the creator(s) Have kept up with it this whole time and I look forward to see where this goes.1 found this helpful
Do not buy. Not easily navigated. Also so so so many errors in the code. It is not done.
