Not bad at all. A bit short, sure, but it's a free game. I like horror, and I've been trying to get back into reading, so this was perfect for it. I wish there were paths where 'doing nothing' (letting the timer run out) was a thing. It's not -- it will choose one the options randomly, as far as I know. There's a lot of lore, but most characters don't matter, which I found weird, I guess? If this is part of a greater picture, I get it, but it doesn't seem like it. I got some excerpts from it because it was that nice to read. I appreciate the references to other media, although they can lack a little subtlety.2 found this helpful
A sinister delight! The amount of effort and love that went into this game is amazing! Such an eeriely engaging world building! I really liked the juxtoposition of different textures, artstyles and environments used in this game. Really visually appealing and strange in the best way! A really unique experience for sure. Give this game a go! TAKE THE MEAT!!!!!!2 found this helpful
👍 wanna elaborate: I liked the game, and I mean, it is free, but I think that it's too short to achieve anything meaningful
the game doesn't seem to be advocating for anything specific (I thought it was gonna be an anti-antinatalist, life is worth living ordeal), and while the main character is very optimistic... there are also notes and things that happen that fall squarely into antinatalist territory.

I think the basics here are great (even though I don't really like when the explanation for the crazy world is that it's manufactured by an evil organization), but as mentioned above, the game is too short to be able to achieve the "it's up to you" or "life is simply too complex" thing, so it feels very... if you burn half of a steak into a crisp, and then freeze the other one, it's not gonna magically turn into the perfect steak... ya know?
1 found this helpful
A very interesting game. its short, far from sweet, but no less enjoyable for it. It'll leave you with a good few questions and a desire to see more, all for the price of free ninety nine. If you like the depressive, the spooky, and the littlest bit kooky, you need to give it a try. (just be sure to save often.)
Very fun worldbuilding
This is a really good game. I played it in full on a separate account, and over all its really well done. While I would have enjoyed a little more plot in the
cave esc area when you receive the note, (I can't remember what it's called) where you go down there with Pux and Rich.
It would have been cool to have that go on a little longer, but other than that its amazing. As someone that currently deals with horrific things in life, it really touched me and made me feel less alone. I can really relate to the whole "existence is just suffering, and it may have been better to have not existed at all" and I think it conveys a good message, and theme. Loved this game. Would play again.
