If you are planning on playing this on computer go ahead and skip this one. It is VERY obviously made to be played on a controller. There are absolutely no options to change resolution, GIU size, v-sync, or any QOL options you would expect every computer come to have now a days. You can not even change your keybindings. They force you to place objects in the center of the screen instead of with your mouse. And it seems to be buggy. Thew first time I tried to place a new hole I accidentally backed out and then was not longer able to edit the entire area of that hole. I wan't even able to place where the holes go and couldn't delete it and start over either... I got it on sale for 4 bucks and i'm still asking for a refund...1 found this helpful
Aside from some less-than-perfect gamepad controls, this game is an absolute blast for golf management fans.

Felt like I was playing their Ski game... but with golf now... same boring ♥♥♥♥ again...
Another Kairosoft game, another review. I wish I could give a middle recommendation on this one. It has a lot of enjoyable systems! Unlocking hidden combos, building an aesthetically-pleasing golf course, and progressing through the game's five-star rank system to unlock more content are all engaging features which encourage me to continue playing. This more on the resort/town-building side of Kairosoft games, with only a little of the character-raising feature -- if you are more interested in those aspects, you may be disappointed in this one. Unfortunately, the systems in this game do not complement one another. Raising visitor stats does not make them any better at golf, designing complex holes only frustrates the players, and the game goes from a slow grindy beginning to blitzing through the next three ranks almost too-quickly, only to hit another progression wall for the final rank. It's unbalanced and I feel it could have used another pass on QC to nail down the pacing. I also feel the Clubhouse needed one more expansion to fit in all the unlockable buildings, as well, while the golf course's map is genuinely large to fill.
