I understand the concept of an Early Access Game, but from the other handful of reviews it really doesn't seem like any work has been done on this game in at least the last year. You still only have access to two characters and there still is no listing of the controls in the game. It doesn't speak well of your game when the user has to button mash through several play attempts to figure out what the controls are. I was gifted this game by a friend when it was 90% off and I still don't think it was a good deal. I cannot understand why $15 would seem like a fair price, all other Early Access games are way, way beyond this stage. The game has potential but it is just very bare bones. As best I can figure, you just walk around and button mash to do one of two attacks while enemies walk at you for about a minute and a half. The art style is still pretty cool, and the music is good, but there still needs to be a lot of work done to justify the price tag. If things progress over time I will leave a follow up review / edit this one, but it doesn't seem like much is going on. I definitely recommend passing on this title in its current state.6 found this helpful
I bought this game in early access thinking, this looks Juvenile AF...Lets see where this goes. What I was hoping for was a belligerently oddball beat em up game with maybe a story, but off beat characters and a fun weird time. Think along the lines of "Fat Man" for the Sega Genesis without nightmarish controls. So ok, Early Access, random levels... crowd of perpetually spawning back guys... basic dudes with extra baddie with some sort of gimmick... cool, bare bones but I like where this is almost going... despite not having any real options, instructions, point... just a selection between Trailer Park Goro or Eyeball...Guy...Man...Thing. Well, I got it on sale so no biggie, maybe this is just the Alpha Release. Sat on it for a year or so, it gets released a few months ago. OH BOY! I thought, has there been an update? Has someones bizarre pet project come to fruition? No. It's still a mess. But now the Mess is far less cute because it's not even hiding behind "Early Access" and any of that Middle School charm that I feel nostalgic for in my days of watching horrible crap on NewGrounds has left. All I have is disappointment.4 found this helpful
Is this a bit? So you get two characters to play as and it says there’s a handful you can unclock except to my understanding there’s no way to unlock them? There’s also no tutorial and one of the characters your stuck with only has one attack, the game has great animation but that’s about it, if it was more fleshed out I’d recommend it but it’s not at all worth full price it’s being sold as2 found this helpful
This game is really good. It has an undeniably amazing artstyle, the music fits the theme well, the gameplay is awesome.2 found this helpful
I am also a unity developer and can certainly appreciate the effort and look here i would love to see a knight or skelleton maybe A alien worm or Ghost Lady Mutant cyclops glob character floating eye(s) A female Fuktopian would rule also maybe like red sonja. some particles and a bigger game size would make a better game, contact if you want some help. Im novice at coding but backed with an arsenal of assets and know how to use most of them now. As is i see great potential here. Fuktopia Staying the name? How about some exploding robots or blocking for the enemies. so far so good !2 found this helpful
looks awesome - but this isnt a game, it was never completed and never will be. the fact it sells for 24.99 is flat out a scam and robbery!1 found this helpful
