Gallery One

"Gallery One" feels like more of a tech demo than a real game, and you'll be quickly asking yourself, "what's the point?" The idea of this game is to roll a ball around old artwork, jumping into a paint box and then rolling that paint around in an old school marble physics type affair. The game lacks polish, the graphics aren't all that great, and the controls and handling are awful... I can see why this failed so badly. The graphics aren't great... that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game.
