Nice extra backstory, but awful game. For a visual novel, the bare minimum quality of life isn't even here, No text history? seriously? Manually saving and reloading can only take you so far.
It is disgusting that a big-corpo like BETHESDA chooses to associate themselves with this practice...

"Prologue", "Episode 0/1", "DEMO"....
All descriptions for the same thing: an incomplete game, released with it's own Store-Page Instead of releasing these ''demos'' on the same Store-page as their future title, they choose to have 2 store-pages instead of 1, hoping that this will ''increase their reach to a bigger audience'' - even if that goes at the cost of cluttering up the ''free to play'' tabs, making it harder to find actual GOOD F2P games. Worst part? Crypto-shell companies, Ai-slop farmers, triple-A studios and even good, honest - small indie devs are doing this. There are actual HARDWORKING DEVS out there who see this kind of sh!t, and come to the conclusion that the only way to compete, is to do the same scummy practice as the bigger, more popular fish out there! Nobody wins, everyone loses.

While it lacks the combat and exploration that define the main title, it succeeds by delivering a compelling prequel that enriches the larger universe and provides valuable context for the events that follow. The story centers on KK and his team of paranormal investigators as they pursue what initially appears to be a routine missing-person case. As their investigation progresses, strange phenomena begin to emerge, revealing a dangerous supernatural force operating beneath the surface of Tokyo. The plot unfolds gradually through dialogue, investigation, and character-driven scenes, creating a steady sense of suspense without relying on constant scares or action sequences. The writing effectively builds anticipation while introducing players to the …
