About God of Rock
The mysterious God of Rock has revived the souls of the universe’s greatest musicians to clash for his entertainment. Revitalized with new bodies and new powers, each musician will become a contestant in his game, battling it out with each other for musical supremacy on a global stage.
God of Rock blends rhythm-based gameplay with fighting game mechanics in tense 1v1 matches. Choose from a dozen unique fighters, each with their own design, mechanics, and harmonic attacks. Soften up your opponent by executing normal moves and building meter by hitting notes to the beat of the song, then spend your meter to unleash EX and special moves do damage and add complexity to their tracks. Finally, finish them off with a devastating Super attack! As the battle progresses, the music track will continue to grow in complexity and difficulty until only one fighter is left standing!

Cool concept mixing rhythm gameplay with fighting mechanics, but the controls seriously fight against you sometimes. Horizontal lane inputs feel awkward and inconsistent, especially during faster sections, which turns losses into frustration instead of hype. There’s fun buried underneath all that, and the soundtrack helps carry it a bit.5 found this helpful

need to change to vertical I'm waited since the game release and it's not happening until its sale. when I saw the gameplay what make you think it's the good idea for Rhythm game that use horizontal your're not making taiko game which is have 2 buttons.1 found this helpful
YO this game is the worst dont walk run away from this game the rhythm is horizontal and not vertical. 4 lanes absolute horrid. no convert to keyboard settings. theres other controls besides the the rhythm to fight. I don't understand how you are supposed to focus on the rhythm when there is other controls. But if it was 1 other key u had to press id be fine. BUT 8 OTHER KEYS IS INSANE.
