Great Marble Adventure

Great Marble Adventure is one of my new favorites. Inspired by the classic marble rolling 3d platformer games, this game is a blast (no pun intended) to play! It may look and sound dated, but don't be fooled, the gameplay is where it shines, with 230 levels ranging from tutorial levels to very difficult marathons. The gameplay curve is quite smooth, with so much content to challenge yourself with that there is always something to do and improve at. Whether you're beating harder and harder levels, getting faster times, or taking on the many challenges, there's something for everyone. Out of the many, many levels, there were only a handful that were a bit annoying. All of the rest are quite well designed and interesting once you get the hang of how to play. Highly Recommended!

Fun IL marble game, was my introduction to the marble roller genre, gameplay is great, physics feel very responsive and fluid, game gets pretty damn hard too, although there's plenty of easier and intermediate levels to slowly ease toward doing the harder stuff. I wasn't overly keen on the graphics nor sound effects, but in this instance i think i can overlook them just based on how the game feels to play. Give it a try if you've never tried a marble game or have played similar games and want to see what marble games are all about :p

A serviceable Marble blast clone, albeit with a questionable tutorial that doesn't fully explain what you're meant to do in some places. Also controllers don't yet work properly - though this is due t be fixed in an upcoming update. Changing my review to Positive because the game itself is actually quite fun and the developer is responsive,

Is it the perfect Marble Blast spinoff game? By no means. But "Great Marble Adventure" has quite a bit of content packed in it. In total, it's got 230 levels -- the majority of which are the same, but with three difficulty variants which range in their obstacles -- a hefty amount to not only finish, but complete without dying for the 100%. Even more daunting is obtaining all 230 "red perfects," which I didn't take the time to do (as of writing; probably won't anytime soon). But it's a fun game. Not quite as creative in level design as Marble It Up! or the OG mod Marble Blast Platinum, with later stages just being long rather than offering something uniquely challenging, but it's still the same good marble platforming I've come to expect from this niche. Took me over 100 hours to finish all of the achievements in this, so this was very satisfying to complete. 7/10
