I picked this up cheap out of nostalgia for the console version, and the core MOBA underneath is genuinely solid. The characters feel distinct, the no-last-hitting design is refreshingly clean, and pulling Gandalf or Legolas into a 5v5 still scratches an itch. The problem is everyone already left: matchmaking is basically you against bots unless you track down the little Discord community, and on Windows the busted mouse aiming forces you onto a controller. If you're a Tolkien fan who can grab it for a buck and play with friends or bots, it's a quiet good time, but as a living competitive MOBA in 2026 it just isn't one anymore.1 found this helpful

honestly the best game out there
Still a beautiful game to play even without other human players. Read other reviews there are some dedicated individuals if you're interested. There is no 'mouse glitch' to speak of if you set your Video settings to a 4:3 ratio in game settings main menu. This game was designed to run on older screens, not wide screens. If you want to run on wide screen there is help on how to swap out the .exe file, just search for it on the interent
dont bother making video games, you would better fit flipping burgers at mcdonalds, still cant get the mouse to work, what a buggy mess
