The most diabolical killer from smartphones is now on Steam. You have 5 days to survive and escape from the lair of this horrifying kidnapper with a horse's head. But don't think it will be easy. HeadHorse is a highly intelligent assassin with an unparalleled thirst for blood, and he is tracking your every move. No place is safe in this game, and at any moment you can be caught by HeadHorse or his dog, Grinder. Solve puzzles to escape and survive in a dark and terrifying scenario.
Try to escape from HeadHorse and Grinder in the liminal world of the Backrooms. Solve puzzles to open the door and escape, but it won't be easy. The scenario of HeadHorse in the Backrooms is challenging, and you will need to create strategies to succeed.
The game offers 6 difficulty levels, ranging from Ghost, which is the easiest where the player is not seen by the enemy, to Madness mode, where escaping is nearly impossible. Play and put yourself to the test. Will you be able to escape?

Pyramid HeadHorse: From the depths of a macabre universe, he is one of the guardians, punishing all who end up there for their sins with his enormous blade.
HeadHorse Sushiman: He only wanted to be a sushi chef, but after criminals destroyed his restaurant, he swore revenge against all who ruined his dreams.

This is my second childhood horror game I love this game so much and I remember when I had old tablet and I escaped every mode from easy to madness mode. This game and Granny by Dennis aka DVloper are the best indie horror games!!!1 found this helpful

But the worst part is how the sound works. Headhorse doesn't make any footsteps if he's in another room, and if you're in the same space, you hear his footsteps as if he's nearby, even if he's far away from you (like outside). Not to mention that if you hide under a bed or in a closet, the sounds are mirrored for some reason (if Headhorse walks on the right, you hear him on the left). Because of this, an encounter with Headhorse is always unexpected, and you have to find somewhere to hide by closing the door or going around the corner, because otherwise he will get you from hiding anyway. And when to be honest you have to put the skin Headhorse with a chainsaw, and close every door behind you that would normally understand where he walks, it's very bad. And because of the fact that in the game key items do not have random spawn, and the game has only 2 escapes, and that as in Granny (Door and car), the game has almost no replayability. Not to mention the lack of physics that would make it possible to throw items somewhere, or disarm traps. As a result, the game is just boring and not fair.1 found this helpful

i've been playing this game on mobile since it first came out in 2019 and i just now got this game on PC yesterday and i love the graphics and everything else.
