Hello Stranger

Hello Stranger is an entertaining entry in Paul Raschid's growing library of FMV games. It has an interesting plot with many surprises and ten endings, although in reality there are many more endings with slight variations, which are counted as the same. Surprisingly, the game features a ton of mini-games this time. All but one are child's play, with the one platforming game being the exception as it has a difficulty similar to Super Meat Boy, no kidding. The protagonist is played by a well-established actor who we have already seen in The Gallery, and he seems to be very comfortable being directed by the head of PRM Games. The game even has a read-only flowchart, which is a nice addition and a step in the right direction. It's very short, and you can die a lot, but you just restart from the last checkpoint and you're good to go, so there's no replaying from the start. Scene skipping is very slow, though, so use some magic if you don't want to be bored to death the 10th time you skip the same scene. It won't shake up the world, but it's recommended.

As a fan of FMVs it's refreshing to see a feminist take where sometimes women also get punched in the end. I understand reading this you might not have context but you will. Maybe. It's short, I'd get it on sale.

A fun FMV revolving around playing mini-games against a series of different opponents, both solo and competitive games where a great time (a couple of the arcade games were annoying hard with the controls). I enjoyed playing through several different story routes and uncovering some surprising endings and secrets of the main character. As much as I want to continue to explore the other endings it is a bit too tedious replaying the beginning sections of the game over and over to get to the part of the story where the endings really start branching off (even with the tab skip), I would love to see the ability to choose on the story map where I want to pick the story back up at like some of the other FMV story games I've played. Jukes is the coolest, game needs more Jukes!

The game won't start after the loading screen, you choose new game and screen goes black. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck, after verifying files too. First time this happens to me

BUT WHY WHY?!!!! This game was made in 2025 and yet, we GET ONE audio slider that controls ALL audio. This is such a flaw in today's games. As a lot of developers havent learned about audio-leveling. Or at least make seperate sliders for Music, Voice, Sound FX etc. SIGH SIGH. This game as many others lack above, so the Voice-actors were so low, but the MUSIC was louder whiich makes it impossible to enjoy.. :( Other than that a wicked small fun FMV game. Crazy story, a wide set of characters and great endings. It's worth several playthroughs. Just don't got for one.

Awesome game, with especially good cast! If you are into the choice making FMV games, this is definitely one to play!
