About HexaBeat!
HexaBEAT! is an exhilarating rhythm game that tests your timing and skill. In the game, you control a hexagon with three differently colored faces that moves in sync with the music beats. Each level presents progressively more challenging obstacles where you must synchronize your movements to the rhythm of the background music to advance successfully.
The goal is to maneuver the hexagon so that its movements perfectly align with the beats of the music playing in the background. This involves not only keeping the beat but also adapting to changes in speed and the complexity of movement patterns as you progress through the game.
As you advance, the difficulty ramps up, offering an addictive blend of dexterity and rhythm. Players need to stay focused and have quick reflexes to conquer each level, making HexaBEAT! a constant and thrilling challenge for those who enjoy games that blend music and physical skill.
- Create your own maps easily with just some data, no need for complex mapping.
- Compete against others to see who perfects a map the most
- Experience the new game mode, HexaTiles: a twist on the classic piano game where you need to control a circle to click in time with the notes.

Unforgiving, and has some rough delay. Also, the maps are not consistent, as the song doesn't start with the same note. The Steam Workshop doesn't have as much variety for user made maps. Shows promise though2 found this helpful
I do NOT like this game and I have several reasons that may be stupid for someone, but it turns me off. One thing that me off was that they promised to show us a hexagon, but there is none! Like, maybe I have problems, but at none of the levels do I have a hexagon, only a standard "piano". I thought that maybe it needed to be enabled by some settings or something, but I didn't find anything! The second thing I don't like is the mouse mechanics. It is annoying in itself, considering that it is very difficult to do both things at the same time, especially when it cannot be controlled normally. The third is the very fact that the notes are different each time on the same weight, which is why there is a feeling that it just randomly sets the notes. And the worst thing is that in other rhythm games that I played at least a little, you feel that you are pressing to the beat, and here the feeling that you are pressing just to press, and there is no pleasure in it! It's better to just find another rhythm game, or play FNF in a browser, and it will be better. 3/101 found this helpful

I know this game is still in progress but for being in development for what seems like 2 years, it hardly plays like a rhythm game and more so feels like a rage game. If Some of the code was made purely by AI I would not be surprised. This game can be a fun, free (if they plan for it to stay that way) rhythm game, it just needs work and play testing. So until then I would not recommend this game
It's a cool rythm game for sure but guiding the light to the middle position was one of the hardest things to do
Saw it from reddit, game's very brutal and very hard to understand towards beginners (even the MANIA mode, seems so weird) also i feel like or charts there are AI generated (especially hards and insanes, they doesnt match the rhythm AT ALL) and i hope it will get better,it s BETA after all so i get it,but i cant recomend this at all it s not even a little bit enjoyable,it s just fully unpleasant expierence. Sorry dev :(
