Probably one of the worst games on Steam. How it got inside my library? Trolls I guess.
Well, it's that "potatoes" franchise again... the marketing guys at Daedalic are clearly getting high off their own supply. The demand for "holy potatoes" themed game is a lot lower than they've convinced themselves. This time they've turned the potatoes to do a Nintendo Switch based "tycoon" game where you grind, grind, grind and wait, wait, wait. The game "works" but it's immediately tedious, and bookended with endless, cringey e-book visual novel text. No voice acting, just mobile app style "Simlish" gibberish that's immediately annoying. So you click through the text then you get to make the same small set of weapons over and over again, then dispatch them for sale, wait for the sale, and just keep repeating. Here's the thing, with these tycoon games, they really work like progressive/incrementer games and rely on that same "sense of progression" that incrementers use, only more rewarding because you grow your shop, develop new products and markets and so on... the elements of that are present here, but the feeling of progression doesn't come through. It's just a tedious grind. On the upside, the game does feature customisable controls and resolution, so at least some …

Cute little shop tycoon, but the music is annoying after like 20 min.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this game is pretty much unplayable to me. Sure, I can overlook the repetitive gameplay and time-consuming start of the game to get the "tutorial" part, but the fact that I can't even load my previous save files is a dealbreaker. Clicking onto the load button nor anywhere in the load old save files section doesn't work and considering how terrible the early tutorial part I'd hate to play it all again.

Absolute peak.

The game is extremely grindy and repetitive. If you have nothing to do and you would prefer to spend a few hours without using your brain - this game is good enough. I would say it's around 6/10. Btw, achievements are SUPER EXTREMLY ANNOYINGLY,,, grindy. It will take you hours to finish "craft 50 [insert type of weapon here]" achievements even after you have done everything this game has to offer. So yeah, if you have anything interesting going on in your life - you'd be better off just completing the game to a certain extent and giving up 100%. (i got 100%...) If you still want to go for 100%, remember, MAX OUT HEROES BEFORE YOU MOVE TO THE NEXT LOCATION. Oh also, dlc... If it's on sale and almost free in a bundle you can take it, but the dlc is 3/10 at most.
