You will have to use all of your agility and strength to survive the harsh environment and wildlife on a planet which is being terraformed. Along the way, you will have to fight like a real OOO agent, learn how to craft weapons and control vehicles and other machinery. To succeed in your mission, you are going to need all the help you can get, as there are other factions eager to unravel the long-forgotten secrets of the OOO.

A gorgeous game, but definitely wait for a deep sale. Hubris is a bit of a mixed bag. It completely nails the visuals and movement, but the combat and VR mechanics are pretty clunky. I had a good time with it overall, but honestly, don't pay full price for this. Grab it on a discount like I did. Starting with the good stuff: the game looks absolutely stunning. The lighting and environments are top-notch, and I was stoked that I could run it smoothly on max settings. The story is completely forgettable, but let's be real, that's clearly not the main focus here anyway. Where the game really shines is how you move around. I absolutely loved the climbing. The light blue highlights on the ledges are a great touch and make it feel super intuitive, even if it gets a little janky sometimes and your hand snaps to the wrong spot. Swimming feels great too, though I wasn't a huge fan of the Torpedo gun compared to the regular lasers. Also, contrary to what some other reviews say, I actually really liked the hoverbike section! It was easy to steer, and I honestly finished that part wishing there was more of it. Sadly, the combat is a big letdown. The gunplay just feels weak, there's zero "o…5 found this helpful
Yet another "get on a discount" game ($10-$15), not that it's bad, but it's a 5 hour experience with little replay value. Looks good, plays mostly well, besides some annoyances with hands gripping, or not gripping where you want, and menu gripes. Very linear, the story was lacking and mostly just a way to move you forward.1 found this helpful
Only played for an hour but so far so good. Nice exploration and sense of scale in an alien world. I needed that little escape today.
Just a few words: careful sharp turn, bugs, buy at a discount.
beautiful game and challenging. I keep trying to find games that compare with HLA and while not as polished I have enjoyed the play thru.
Very underrated game, great graphics and mechanics, the story is ok and overall i would suggest this one for sure. Swimming works very well and combat is nice as well. Native bHaptics integration which is a HUGE plus since it's very well done.
