pretty much what all the bad reviews are saying; starts strong but gets repetitive. resource and reward also feel like i work too hard to get too little. after the first few hours, the juice ain't worth the squeeze on this one. here's hoping i get my money back.1 found this helpful

I'm having a blast!
Surprisingly fun, although some game modes are more tedious than others. And yes, the progression is too grindy. But the increasingly challenging modifiers make you want to keep up with your upgrades, and that was enough for me. The variety in turrets, heroes, maps, and modifiers keep things interesting, too. The optional "raids", in which you go through a series of missions and persisting upgrades, are a fun addition. They let you see how far you can really push your tactics, and they allow for combo's you won't see (much) in singular missions.
A suprisingly good tower defence game. IF you like TD with some variety, this is not a bad choice at all.
