What Steam players say

Infernales attempts to capture the demon-shooting action of classic FPS games but falls short due to poor polish and numerous technical issues. Players consistently complain about clunky platforming segments, bullet-sponge bosses, bad translations, invisible walls, visual glitches, and frequent crashes, though some appreciate the atmospheric hellscape aesthetic and music. The game feels like an uninspired copycat that lacks the quality and refinement of its inspirations.
All of this game’s major issues, in no particular order: [list=] [*]Any and all text is poorly translated. [*]The game gets extremely dark when looking in a specific direction. [*]All of the bosses are massive bullet sponges. [*]The platforming is awful and required to progress in every other level. [*]Ammo count sometimes doesn’t update and guns don’t always use a full mag before having to reload. [*]Some parts of the path are completely obscured, require backtracking, or have wonky collision physics. [*]The environment is made up of a bunch of invisible walls and random-ass assets haphazardly resized and jotted around the map. [*]The demons themselves are all pre-made assets pulled from various packs which lack any sort of consistency, other than the warm colour scheme and overall demonic theme. [*]The music is headache-inducing and the button for disabling it doesn’t actually work. It just makes the music really quiet in the hopes that you won’t hear it. [*]Quicksaves reset all enemies and pickups, they just remember your location. [*]Enemies can’t be damaged unless they’re aware of your presence. [*]Enemies don’t notice you unless you walk in front of them, so you can run to t…3 found this helpful
Infernales is a 3D action FPS trying to rip off the gameplay of Serious Sam and the supernatural/horror themes of DooM, only it's much worse at both. Gameplay has you wandering around somewhat simplistic maps with a "hellscape" theme shooting various demons. The colour scheme of the day is "Red", and now I understand why everything in DooM and Quake was beige. Uninspired concept, low quality game assets are all met with very dry FPS gameplay and extreme lack of polish... it's a clunky mess, and adding time-slowdown gimmicks and so on aren't enough to differentiate this copycat game. On the technical side you get a few graphics tweaks and a couple of resolutions to choose from... but no 4K, just the ultrawide equivalent? Nobody seriously buys those monitors unless they really like having buyers remorse. And there's the rub... this compares terribly to both Serious Sam and DooM... it's just impossible to suggest anyone would want to play this deficient ripoff.2 found this helpful

Admire the atmosphere you joos created. So hot. The Hell is a beautiful place, as it's people, but I think your visit when the time comes will be exactly like this, only without any ak lol. The music is also very nice. Thx1 found this helpful
Graphics looks OK and 10.26GB size seems promising. Tried to give it a chance, but crashed every single minute! Done a lot of adjustments without luck to proceed. Can't recommend to anyone, refunding now.
