A side-by-side video comparison with the remastered game "InFlux Redux" is provided below. InFlux (2013) is an excellent marble platformer with puzzles mixed in. There's a mixture of exploring, collecting, and rotating puzzles within a 3D cube area that the user enters into at various points. This original game runs great on most computers these days. Not that this matters much but I enjoy the main menu of this original title more than in the remastered game. It's fun to be shown around various parts of the game world and the added nature sounds are enjoyable. Here's the side by side video with additional review of the InFlux Redux (2024) remaster afterwards: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3375324648

Tried focusing on work - this game dragged me into a dance of light and sound. Now my coffee changes color with each level. Best way to make my brain forget it’s supposed to be serious.

The game was fun, and the puzzles were interesting, but I unfortunately encountered some sort of soft-lock/checkpoint issue that led me to be unable to progress in the second to last chapter

What an absolutely fantastic wonderful little game. There's just something about this game, which warms the soul. Rolling around as a mysterious ball dropped from the sky, onto a magical deserted island, with puzzles that take place in an otherworldly dimension. The game is just really soothing and the phenomenal soundtrack amplifies the calming mysterious atmosphere of the game. Exploring as the metal sphere, collecting orbs to unlock the next puzzle and then completing the puzzle is the gameplay loop, but it never seems to get boring. The game keeps you engaged all the way to the end. It looks fantastic and hasn't aged a day as far as I'm concerned. What a cool hidden game.

I enjoyed this relaxing game. I kicked my feet up and just enjoyed it. I played this game a while ago and recently decided to play through 'redux' and I rated that one poorly. I came back to give this one a thumbs up to be faIr.
