Exploration is easily my favourite part of this game. There are plenty of interesting locations and small details to discover, which made every new area feel rewarding.
Remember, this isn't a game. You only have one chance. (Quote from the game...)
When evaluated within its own genre, I found it to be extremely successful.
This game is my favorite Mars-related game after Total Recall (1990) movie.
I enjoyed the combination of exploration and shooting mechanics in Invasion 2. Searching for hidden objects and clues gave the gameplay a more mysterious feeling instead of being just another action game.
