DO. NOT. BUY. THIS.
Game is fully AI-slop. Voices, images, and if you told me the notes/script/text weren't AI as well I wouldn't believe you. The objectives have no purpose, jumpscares are AI images thrown right on your screen, and the key items you need to find are ridiculously easy to miss. Charging $10 for this is insane.2 found this helpful
It has a good atmosphere and some intense jumpscares, but I the game (up to where I am at) is just a hidden item game in maze of clutter and aisles which is fine except for when you need to find 3 tiny keys that DO NOT stand out in the slightest. I found two of the keys and then walked around for 40 minutes with no sign of the last key before finally just getting frustrated and quitting all together. I wouldn't say it is a "bad" game, but I don't think I will personally play it again2 found this helpful
Last Shift does a great job building tension with very little. The environment feels oppressive in the best way, and the store slowly becomes more unsettling as you progress. Short, spooky, and worth the play if you enjoy atmospheric horror.1 found this helpful
I definitely recommend it for an evening's entertainment. A very atmospheric and scary game. Because you have to think about how to solve the puzzles (search for items), you get distracted and then get caught out by the scary moments. I'll be waiting for new missions or new games from the studio!1 found this helpful
Short but really intense horror experience — perfect for a single evening. The store looks normal at first, but the deeper you go, the creepier it gets. Lights start flickering, weird sounds kick in, and you constantly feel like something’s watching you. The atmosphere is great — every creak and jump scare lands just right. It’s not long or complicated, but it keeps you tense till the end. If you’re into short indie horror games that deliver solid scares and a good dose of unease, Last Shift is absolutely worth checking out.1 found this helpful
Really nice atmosphere! It’s a bit on the short side, I went through it pretty fast, but overall a cool and interesting experience.
