Lost Lands: Stories about the Sorceress, the Prince and the Minotaur Collector's Edition

I wouldn't recommend this even on a discount. Such a sad thing for what I consider to be the very best series in this genre. There are some new things that I did like, but I won't even mention them, because the bad aspects greatly outweigh them. - The dialogue is terrible. It's not just bad translation, which I see sometimes and doesn't bother me. The minotaur keeps saying, "No questions!" and it makes no logical sense. The dialogue in general doesn't make sense sometimes. Maybe AI generated and nobody proof-read it, I don't know. I also play these in Spanish (whenever available), so the voice is English and text is in Spanish and it was just as bad in either language. - I had to use the Hint button way too often because I was just confused. - Although the mini-games weren't just the same ol', same ol' and were creative (which is a positive), often they were too tedious for my tastes. Some people might like that, but I suspect the majority of people would be annoyed. - There were not nearly enough hidden object scenes for a series that has always had many of them. This entry killed my excitement for Lost Lands 12 While my time with with Five-BN's games is rather short, I was an avid fan, playing through all of the Lost Lands and Legendary Tales games and generally loving them. In recent times, however, they've succumbed to sloppifying their work and it's a small tragedy. That compounds other weaknesses in what might be the weakest entry in the Lost Lands series. Startting from the slop itself, it is most visible in every cutscene where the characters are all uncanny with that telltale feel of something that's "high resolution" but also generally horrible. People's facial features mutate scene by scene (some times in the same scene), their expressions almost never really match their voices because the slop video is always screaming dramatically and at every frame you're just being told that there was no care put into this, "go do something else". It's insulting throughout (and it's not even as bad as Legendary Tales 5, that was an otherwise epic series finale that got murdered by slop).
