About M.A.I.D.s

M.A.I.D.s coming soon on Steam!

A new visual novel that tells the story of Mobile Autonomous Intelligent Devices (M.A.I.D.s), whose idyllic way of life in your household was ruined by an unknown and dangerous power. Socialize with M.A.I.D.s to oppose the antagonist, conciliate the conflicting girls, and maybe fall in love!

Game features:

- A rich story about the household with 4 humanized household items, who learn how to come through the pandemic as a family.
- 3-4+ hours of gameplay with 60,000 words of text.
- A gallery with high-resolution images.

Meet the main characters of M.A.I.D.s:

Viki, a light-minded and clumsy vacuum cleaner. She likes to listen to music and attend large parties. Always dreamed to become a sports professional.

Daisy, a cynical but playful dishwasher. She is certain of her own irreplaceability and uniqueness. Don’t offend her, as revenge will be swift. However, she will follow you everywhere as a loyal girlfriend.

Bee, a soft and gentle blender. She is ready to cut anything you need, but she will never cut your heart. Bee would like to earn a favor from her master at any price. Housework brings joy to her life, but her heart yearns for love.

Diana, a sarcastic and feisty dispenser. If you say something wrong or stupid, be ready because she will point it out. Diana is a model who values her independence, and she will only work for those she likes. She speaks plainly and fears nothing.

The game is intended for a 16+ audience.

The game will be available in an English version; we are also considering a Russian translation.

✦ AI summary

Players appreciate the game's humor and lighthearted storytelling, with the comedy and soundtrack earning particular praise, though some note the writing quality is uneven and stylistic choices are subjective. The concept of AI robot maids in a slice-of-life comedy is the main draw, though the game lacks significant narrative depth and some players feel it doesn't quite warrant a recommendation despite its entertaining moments.

Although writing is a bit uneven, and I personally disagree with some stylistic choices overall I found myself enjoying the story. Game is uplifted greatly by its humor even though I remember audibly groaning a couple of times I sharply exhaled through my nose more than once( so might as well count this one as a modern comedy masterpiece). Enjoyed what i played so far, looking forward to checking out a couple of different outcomes, also the soundtrack has a couple of bangers. But there are no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ toasters so naturally 0 out 10.

Does a harem of AI robot maids sound good? Well, I don't know about you, but I was at least a little bit curious. First, this is a slice-of-life comedy, so don't expect much depth to the story, but some philosophical themes are certainly present. The importance and rights of AI robots within a society are touched upon during conversations, but the main genre here is comedy. The comedy here is a mix of contemporary parody and sci-fi musings. The contemporary part has, for example, news on TV relaying information about the recent virus outbreak, politically charged comedic dialogues commenting on events that occurred during the recent years (before 2021), and all sprinkled with multiple national stereotypes on top. All were served in a light, mostly tasteful tone, which I found sufficiently amusing. All of the topics above come up during the interactions between the male protagonist and his maids. Each maid has its own function and personality. Viki, who was the first purchase, serves as a vacuum cleaner and has older sister vibes. Daisy, second in command, is a dishwasher with tsundere traits and a cynical outlook. The other two, Bee and Diana, join the group later. The slice of li…
