Mecharashi

My disappointment is immeasurable... I was looking at the reviews of the Front Mission 3 remake, and saw this game mentioned by someone who was complaining that FM3 was bad because they were missing shots in a game that is basically a table top game that rolls dice in the background to determine hits or misses. This person ended their review by saying that they were going back to Mecharashi so I took a look at this game, and saw that (at first glance) they had basically cloned Front Mission 3, and added some infinite replayability. Man... was I ever wrong about that. Mecharashi is a shameless money grab of a mobile that could only be enjoyed by someone with a room temperature IQ. the story is painfully dull, the combat while copying Front Missions gameplay to some degree, it removes ALL of the challenge/tension/fun. It's like a game made for a toddler... every shot you take at an enemy hits every time with devastating effect. It's so incredibly easy that I get so bore that I found myself wishing there was a skip combat button, so I could try to force my way forward into something more interesting/challenging, and I was hoping to get to the point where I could open up the sho…

To skip the long-winded and possibly contradictory detailing, if you're just looking for recommendation, I won't recommend it. You can accomplish everything gameplay-wise as a F2P, but it gets old rather quickly despite the draw of a modern turn-based tactical mecha, and that's not even considering the sheer amount of time and effort it will take you to progress. It's a good game (For a gacha, at least), but you likely should look elsewhere unless you're looking to spend a fair bit on it. (I won't say anything on system requirements or performance, I always play games at usually minimal settings to not have to concern over it. Find another review for anything regarding that matter.) A Front Mission spiritual successor that doesn't manage to scratch the same itch as exactly the series it based its design on (and was once licensed to be an addition to the mentioned series), despite being extremely mechanically in-line with it. its fun

good game with nice art and graphics, but the pace progression is very slow, expensive gacha which make me quit early before able to enjoy it, also most settings (eg. UI) are very toward mobile, and you cant change much on the configurations.

I love this game, but I'm a big turn based, squad rpgs. Tactical or Strategy games are a dime a dozen, but games with a comprehensable story like this are more rare. I play on my phone and on PC, so my hours aren't huge I just started playing on steam again. I like it because it's basically Front Mission abandonware remade. I like the combat and upgrading, but it's got better story with a bit of scattered lore all over. In the front mission games, it was similar with reading world lore and getting fancy parts from checking through the Network. This game feels like decently fair (or i've been a bit lucky idk) gacha system for getting mechs and pilots. They also give you some rewards just for daily play, but I've been able to pick up and play and still enjoy it. Great SRPG/TRPG if you like Mechs, Front Mission, Final Fantasy BE: War of The Visions.
