Amazing quick game with scaling difficulty. Lots of fun with friends.

Mega Dimension Ripper 9000 is a wonderfully chaotic little roguelite shooter that I found especially fun when playing with other people. I am thrown into strange arenas where different environments can collide together while waves of enemies attack me. I liked how ridiculous the setting becomes because the game clearly wants every run to feel like an energetic arcade party. The twin stick shooting is simple to understand but satisfying. I move, aim and fire while trying to keep myself out of danger, and the constant enemy waves make sure I never stay comfortable for long. I enjoyed learning how to move around the arenas without getting surrounded, especially once the number of enemies on screen starts increasing. The upgrade system gives each run some interesting possibilities. I can combine different upgrades and create stronger builds as I survive longer, while permanent powerups give me reasons to keep experimenting after a failed run. I liked the feeling of discovering a combination that suddenly makes my character much more effective. The environment merging system is probably the game's most memorable idea. Tried this out solo, and it was super fun! It took a minute to figure out the controls but once I figured it out, I picked it up pretty quick! I am going to try and play the multiplayer version. Ill be back with review number two after I get someone else to play with!

I like the lots of different backgrounds, lots of enemies that you unlock as you play, and there were a lot of different weapons and moves, It's really fun in multi-player cause I'm not very good!

Super cute and fun twin stick shooter with cool upgrades. Gets pretty intense on higher difficulties!
