Great games, terrible port. If you have a ds, play them on that.2 found this helpful
Casual scenario mode and save assist effectively solve most of the problems I have with these games. There's nothing to be done for the Zero games' writing, but at least they're fun to play!1 found this helpful
If I ever made one, Zero 3 and 4 are both games that are guaranteed to go on one of those "play these games to know me better" lists and the remainder of the collection is fun The added "Save-Assist" feature this collection has helps cut a lot of the tedium that was baked into the "standard game design" of games made in the era these games came out in while not completely ruining the spirit behind those choices
I had never played these games before. And while I generally love the mega man series. This series is relatively bad. Time limits, sluggish controls, poor hit detection, docking ranks for getting, and using upgrades. I don't know who thought that was a good idea, but I hated it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, unless it was extremely cheap on sale like it was when I picked it up on the summer sale. The grinding for lvl ups is also very poorly done. I can't think of a single bit about any of it that I enjoyed. So, unless you really just love Zero, I would probably give this one a pass.
Goated game. Saber is more satisfying to play with(imo) compared to buster in x and classic megaman games. Zero series will forever be my fav megaman series
The definitive way to play MMZ.
