playing blitz for the first time and im spawned into a small room with 4 canon traps and 4-5 spinning blade traps that im expected to fight enemies in (died imediatley)... I played this game when i came out and had a lot of fun, but its such a mess coming back to it. Really wish the old combat system stayed. if any changes are made in the future for the love of god reduce traps or remove them all together for blitz mode. absolutley rediculous

Not bad fun for a while, but imo it gets stale really fast, after 8 hrs of gametime spread across a couple of days, I don't really feel inclined to return to the game and grind it over and over to unravel anything further. I think people overglaze the combat aspect. At full price, this game has contenders like Hades 2 and Risk of Rain 2. Can recommend with good conscience on a 50% sale. This game, for me, is tipically a "I wish steam had a neutral recommendation button" scenario. The art style is unique and the effort is clearly there, so at the at of the day this is a thumbs up.
