Move That Box is a top-down puzzle game developed and published by Crashykk Games that builds upon classic box-pushing foundations while introducing a handful of twists designed to keep the experience dynamic. At first glance, it resembles a traditional Sokoban-style logic puzzle: you guide a character through grid-based levels, pushing crates into position to clear a path or unlock progression. However, beneath its simple exterior lies a steadily evolving set of mechanics that blend methodical planning with occasional bursts of quick decision-making. The game frames its progression with a lighthearted sci-fi premise. Your character’s loved one has been abducted by aliens and taken aboard a mysterious ship, and the only way to rescue them is by navigating a series of increasingly complex puzzle chambers. The story is minimal and presented in short text snippets rather than elaborate cutscenes, but it provides just enough context to give purpose to the puzzles. Rather than feeling like isolated logic boards, the levels become stages in a quirky rescue mission, which helps maintain engagement across multiple sessions. Core gameplay revolves around carefully positioning boxes to avo…

About 1.3 hours to 100% the existing achievements. Seems like a good start to early access. I hope there will be more bosses and that future levels will be more challenging.

It was my first game in that genre because I was always pretty sure it's not my type of entertaiment, but wanted to try and... I stay with my opinion. :D But of course its just me and not the game fault. :) Levels are pretty fun with some clever ideas, certainely more clever than me and thats the main problem. XD But notherless I finished all levels. At first I was frustrated with myself on levels with more pression like boss battles, because I prefer to have more time to think about strategy, but at the end after beating these leves I must say these were the most most entertaining. Also some levels had speedrun potential with forcing "hitting the beat" to avoid enemies (like speedruning levels on Crash Bandicoot series - anyone who attempted to speedruning this game know what I'm talking about) and I would like to see more of them. I think this is good route for this game. Cons - in some places game need more polish like mismatched font in dialog boxes, but maybe its just SteamDeck thing where I played. Tutorials - if dialog box can appear directly on tutorial with applied transparency, it will look a lot better than just black screen with plain text. Not game-braking, just este…

This game has good design. It is challenge right from the box. You will be asked to use your brain, or you will not get too far. Doing challenges will require planning and pinpoint execution! Play now, or buy now and box it in for when you have time for a good brain training ;-) This robot-box-pushing game pulls no punches.
