My Idle Space Cruiser

Very relaxing idle game with achievements that are obtainable without needing to max out every upgrade. It runs smoothly as I haven't encountered a single issue with it and looks pretty cool to watch, like a little mini screen saver. There's a couple of QoL suggestions I would make (being able to buy upgrades in bulk verses clicking at a time, same with spawning gifts), but it's not much effort to do the clicking on my own. It also has screenshot capability with the Steam overlay which is a bonus for me as many of these desktop idler games tend to skip out on this so I can share my progress and screenshots with others without having to use the snipping tool to manually do so.

Very simple Idler with only 3 things to upgrade. Getting to past various real life planets & stuff as you progress is neat. Game feels a bit lacking in content but is fun for what it is.

I keep trying mini window idle games hoping that one of them will amount to something of significance. One of these will work out eventually and break the forever streak of being way too simplistic and have practically no depth. Someday I will be humbled & one will absolutely surprise me. Sorry, dev. Seem like a nice guy in the discussions and I bet this is the game you wanted to make, but it's not worthy of recommendation. The goal of this game is to travel & escape the visible boundary of the known universe. To do that, you're provided three total upgrades in the game: Collect passive income more rapidly Make all income sources incrementally more valuable Invest income to travel faster Other interactions: Some objects pop up that can be clicked to earn a bit of income. ...THAT'S IT. That's the whole dang game. No threats, no skills, no synergies, no interconnected mechanics, no resets, no depth. Leave it running 99% idle for two days and there's nothing at all left to see. It's not bad or offensive. But like every other sidebar / taskbar idler, it's barely a thing. I will continue to hope that a small-window game won't always result in a small experience.

pretty cool clicker all around took me 25 hours to get all the achievements, haven't gotten all the upgrades yet sidebar widget is a nice form factor for this type of game game seems to be getting active qol updates

Short but sweet, I can watch my little cruiser dart through space travelling further and further from earth. The achievements are cool giving you a small overview of our sky and what is out there. The names I checked are all correct and are actual things we have observed, I would suggest maybe button to the wiki in the in-game achievements letting you go check out more facts if you so wish. For what it is 10/10 keeping my eye open for other cool ideas.

Buy a few speed upgrades, wait 15 or so hours for it to finish. That's the entire game really. I just saved you a good bit of time. 0/5 - Steam reviews are becoming as corrupt as the Apple App Store and Amazon. Don't believe their lies.
