Ni no Kuni Wrath of the White Witch™ Remastered

If you're older than 5 this is not the game for you. It's long long dialogues are written for kids, i almost broke my skip button. But what broke me was that after doing a 20mins completely pointless - go from A to B and then to A and then to B - quest i couldn't save. Then i got into a dungeon, no save point still, somehow died to a beginner enemy, and found out i needed to go back to the title screen to load back my save. And the latest save was about 30minutes before. So yeah i ragequit this exasperating game

OH BOY WOULD YOU LOOK AT THE TIME ITS CURRENTLY 04:31 AM ON 08/29/26 AS OF WRITING THIS VERY STEAM REVIEW AND ITS MY 107TH OVERALL STEAM REVIEW AND ITS FOR NI NO KUNI WRATH OF THE WHITE WITCH REMASTERED NOW TO START OFF IDK ANYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME LIKE I BOUGHT IT YEARS AGO BUT IDK ANYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME I DECIDED TO PLAY IT FOR TODAY FOR THE 1ST TIME EVER BECAUSE IM BORED OF THE NEW FORTNITE SEASON CHAPTER 7 SEASON 4 OVERRIDE ITS VIDEO GAME THEMED XD BUT YEAH GOT BORED OF IT SO IM BACK TO PLAYING SINGLE PLAYER GAMES AND IT WAS BETWEEN DQ11 OR THIS AND I CHOSE THIS BECAUSE I PLAYED A BIT OF DQ11 BACK THEN BUT NEVER FINISHED IT SO YEAH WITH NI NO KUNI I LOOKED IT UP ON CHATGPT AND APPARENTLY IT WAS DONE IN COLLABORATION WITH STUDIO GHIBLI LIKE THEY MADE THE CUTSCENES I DIDNT KNOW THAT I DIDNT KNOW STUDIO GHIBLI ALSO WORKED ON GAMES THEY MUST BE DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH LIKE DISNEY XD BUT YEAH SO I STARTED DOWNLOADING NI NO KUNI AT 10:02 PM ON 08/28/26 AND IT FINISHED DOWNLOADING AT 10:32 PM ON 08/28/26 IT WAS 23 GIGABYTES BIG AND I DOWNLOADED IT AFTER MY FORTNITE AND NEOPETS TWITCH STREAM SO THEN I CHILLED I WATCHED SEASON 2 EPISODE 24 OF POKEMON AT 12 AM MIDNIGHT ON MY IPAD PRO AN…

As a big fan of Ghibli movies, I came into the game with high expectations for its world building and story, and it absolutely delivered. I really don't like how low the recruitment rate for most of the familiar is and for some item drop for crafting items in the alchemy. What makes me keep playing it till completion is, although i already said that recruiting familiar is really a slow process, it still fun to recruit them all and see them evolving, even though i never really used them, i only used a few of them through the story and post game content, i think that's my personal problem with this creature collecting game, i'm just too attached to the one i already got from the start. The combat i think is really fun, although the companion / friends AI is really hard to control even with the Tactics feature, sometime I want them to just focus on healing, but either I still haven't figured how to do it, or there really is no option to do that, but overall the gameplay is fun, and the last Solosseum fight and the last boss is really fun, because it makes you think about the enemy weakness and how to properly defend because it's more powerful.
