TERRIBLE pacing, did all the sidequests available to me whenever they were given to me and ended up abysmally under-leveled. Very grindy which would be ok if the combat wasn't the worst thing since sliced bread. Baby story for literal babies but I mean that's by design. The game is nostalgic for me but not a good game. Music is PEAK. For context im level 23 after doing all the side content and im reading guides for the boss im on suggesting lvl 40?? I'mma gonna go insane1 found this helpful
The story is so good. It doesn't really take a long time to beat the game, the grind is okay, and there's prolly some end game stuff you can work towards. The music, art and atmosphere though are superb. I recommend it to anyone that wants a chill, book-like experience.1 found this helpful
9/10 - I simply LOVE this game for what it is. A touching story, a fun battle system, Studio Ghibli graphics, collecting creatures (more of this please!), and a world with secrets and discoveries everywhere.
This game is one of my favourite games of all time as it has an amazing plot which makes people all people who are playing the game enjoy it. The animated cutscenes and art style of the game is amazing as it fits the overall theme of the game so well. The gameplay is very unique as most RPG's nowadays are turn based of real time whereas, this game uses both in a new style of gameplay never seen before. This game is such a great choice for long time JRPG fans of new RPG fans.

This is my favorite childhood game. Story + Lore + Artstyle is top tier
