About No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle
✦ AI summary
Slash your way back up the assassin ranks as Travis Touchdown wielding dual beam katanas in this frenetic hack-and-slash sequel packed with multiple playable characters, absurd boss battles, and retro minigames. No More Heroes 2 cranks the over-the-top action and irreverent style up to 11 with bigger enemies, more characters to control, and a wild narrative that refuses to take itself seriously.
Travis Touchdown here. It's been three years since I clawed my way to #1 in the United Assassins Association. I thought it'd be fine to take it easy for a while after that, but it looks like I rested on my laurels a little too long. I found myself sliding down the ranks all the way to #51, and to make things worse, some other assassin—Skelter Helter—comes out and starts nagging my head off about me killing his brother or something. So yeah, a real pain in the you-know-what.
Fueled by a thirst for vengeance (and a bit of good old-fashioned greed), I whipped out my beam katana once more and plunged headfirst into one helluva desperate struggle.

Experience the frenetic hack-and-slash gameplay of the sequel to No More Heroes in glorious HD! With more characters to play as and even more foes to stand in your way, there's never a dull moment in the world of No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle.
Featuring three playable characters, the ability to dual-wield beam katanas, and even bigger baddies to battle, this sexy sequel is a wild ride with more to love than ever before.
Kick back, grab a slice, and get ready to dive into a mind-melting drama the likes of which you've never seen!

I Really hate Jasper batt Jr Also, this game would crash during the later part of the game, specifically during the ranking screens. Besides that, this game is pretty enjoyable.
not gonna pretend i really understand what is going on half the time in this game, but that's what makes Suda51 so goated
No More Heroes are Heroes
While this game isnt as good as the first one, its still great. I love how it didnt go for the polished oiled up graphics or just complete ♥♥♥♥, the character models are great and so are some of the boss designs. I really liked Sylvias new hairstyles and Shinobu being a playable character. I like the ability to change weapons mid-fight Though obviously there are some downsides like Jasper Batt Jr. , no more open world map whcih I really liked going around and collecting all sorts of stuff like t shirts, those balls that you had to get for the drunk guy for upgrades. or after beating the game the concept art. What they did to the minigames is horrendous though, including the gym thing. + the constant crashing (some things that helped me was turning on my controller after opening the game and for the russian guy just changing the compatibility mode to windows 7) But overall if you REALLY REALLY REALLY like nmh you should def give this game a try !
F*** Jasper Batt Jr on Deathmatch! I thought this game was fun, I enjoyed the story bits more than the actual combat. The first game is way better.
