Story
You live in a village deep in the mountains, and a personal computer is delivered to you.
The display on it shows "Shirakawa Yuri," a being who claims to be the end of the Gods.
You are to cooperate with Shirakawa Yuri's sound purification
As you escape from the monster, and as you purify the sound, you will gradually remember the truth.
What you will see when you purify the sound and get rid of the stain...
"Otokiyome" is a bizarre horror adventure based on the original idea of VTuber "Shirakawa Yuri".
Overview
"Otokiyome" is a first-person 3D horror adventure game featuring real-life Vtubers.
The voice actors are provided by Tamiyasu Tomoe and other people who are mainly active in the virtual world, and you will be able to enjoy the sound throughout the game.
You, the main character, together with the support character "Shirakawa Yuri," collect necessary items from your house or village, go to the place where the sound is polluted, put down your PC, and purify the pollution together with Shirakawa Yuri.
Then a monster will appear and attack the computer to destroy it.
You must run away from the monster while protecting your computer.
While the monster is far away, place the computer again in the place where the sound is polluted repeatedly until the purification gauge is full, the uncleanness will be exorcised and the sound will be purified.
There are a total of five locations for sound purification.
As you purify the sound, exorcise the uncleanness, and eliminate the apparition, you will remember the truth.

I stole a precious rock from a shrine and ended up being crushed by the mountain deity. Would steal again. Otokiyome is based on the idea of VTuber Shirakawa Yuri, who plays the deity of sound here, and helps you purify the monsters. You wake up to the ring of your doorbell, and find a laptop, which upon opening introduces you to Yuri, she will be your companion for the rest of the game. Your task is to purify several unclean spaces around the village over the course of 5 days, while regaining your memories and uncovering the games story. Place the laptop and keep it safe from monsters. The map is nice, a Japanese countryside village, I have only seen this being used by two Chillas Art games. Im not a VTuber fan, but Yuris model and voice are very cute. The English subtitles are well translated. While lacking in the horror department, the sound design is really good. You can find coins around the map to save your game on shrines, Yuri will also tell you if a coin is close, that makes finding them easier. The whole saving mechanic feels very useless though, as the game saves upon completing a day, and dying is really hard to achieve. After you beat the game you unlock a harder dif…9 found this helpful
