It was a lot of fun. Similar to the original Legend of Zelda or Golvellius, but shorter, and with a touch of bullet-hell.
It's a fun bite-sized game.
There's hardly anything negative to say about this cute little game. It doesn't aim very high, but it's dead cheap, and what it does it does it well. A fun & funny mini-metroidvania with charming pixel art.
Oh man, this was fun. Simple but addicting. In typical Metroidvania fashion I had to use a guide to find the crystals and other secrets. Wish the drop rate for currency was higher but that didn't stop me from beating every boss (including the optional ones). Good amount of challenge. Endearing writing. If you are craving a bite sized experience I highly recommend Pear Potion.
What can I say that other folk haven't said already? This is just a pure delight to play. You don't need fancy visuals, or complex game mechanics - this Metroidvania-lite is all you need in your life. If you enjoy it, you will most likely play through to completion. More of this kind of thing please.
