No point playing this anymore because it does look dead and there has been a new pharmacy store simulator game which has just come out which has had updates and is not EA so goodbye to this game1 found this helpful
I was very excited to try this, but utterly disappointed that the tutorial just stops progressing partway through both times I attempted to play, once at "Press "e" to activate cash register" and one at "put medicine on shelf." The tutorial, of course, locked all gameplay but the tutorial, making it impossible to play past, so, with a heavy heart, I returned the game. Might be worth trying if they fix the issue.
Great potential, but abandoned by team. sad.
Can't even progress past the tutorial. The objective never updates.
