QuestRun wants to be a fast-paced tactical RPG, but let’s be real—it’s more like watching a screensaver and occasionally pressing a button. The art? Cute. The music? Decent. The gameplay? A mess wrapped in glitter. You get three heroes auto-fighting waves of enemies. Your job? Switch lanes and press a single special ability per hero. That’s it. No story. No plot. No exploration. Just combat. Forever. Enjoy. Worse, this game forgot it’s not a mobile title anymore. Currency rewards are garbage, clearly balanced around a long-gone cash shop. Want to unlock the new class? Hope you like grinding 20+ missions for it—and it's bad anyway. And let’s talk about the mess under the hood: No fullscreen. No options menu. Can’t change resolution, volume, or even window size. It's 2025, why are we still doing this? Most heroes are useless. Want to win? Let two die and babysit the third like it’s your only child. Hero selection? Random. Unless you unlock them with hours of grind. Just pick two you like and pray. Companion Selection? - None, I suggest to only buy the 2 you like, or you will have a bad time. Balance? - None . . . good luck You need Luck to survive. Strategy is …

Felt like the game was made for mobile then got put on here as an afterthought. Couple of big issues: If you buy all the pets in the shop they overwrite each other and you can't re-obtain the ones you bought prior. Also if you drag a potion from your inventory as the turn ends the screen might freeze, forcing you to restart the run. Oddly enough when this happens I got way more money than I usually got.
