Epic Battle Fantasy 4

A long long time ago, when EBF4 came to the flash game universe and when I finished it, I felt realy sad, because it felt like the culmination of everything the Matt had done and it felt like a fitting end to the story that had lasted so long. As all good flash franchises, it needed a proper end. And to me, EBF4 was that proper end. EBF3 practically promised more adventure after defeating the big bad. But, here, you actually get a proper conclusion it felt like. I also want to point out that this was back when it first released the pinaccle of art and mechanics for me. I absolutely loved every moment of it, and fast traveling between the cats felt really nice. Weapons felt unique, the characters were witty and awesome, the story and effects were incredible. Even today, it still holds well enough as a game on its own with its stellar effects and beautiufl gameplay. 10/10 Can I go back in time to experience it for the first time again?

Now i did play the game in its entirety but do take some of my positive points with a grain of salt since i used to play this game years ago in browsers and still have some nostalgia based memories about it. That being said it still didn't stop me from having a couple of negative things to say. First i guess i should say what is positive: The game itself is a lot longer than the previous game, with the previous being about 8-10 hours, and this one taking be about 60 hours to complete (Although technically i played it 3 times for the achivement but it was the same savefile so determin for yourself if you count it as that or not). The grafics and art overall increased in quality showing that a lot more efford was put into this game than the previous one too. There are a good amount of new enemies to fight... The combat still has some smaller flaws, but also certainly is an improvement, though turn based RPGs might still not be something everyone enjoys. Adding a fourth character does feel a bit werid since you only get to use three of them, but at least it increases the variety of playstlyes you can do. It's a fun game that builds on EBF3. Introducing Anna gives a lotta options that 3 didn't have and battle mountain was fun end game content to play through. Kinda wished battle mountain didn't reset with ng/ng+ but other than that nothing bad particularly stood out. Achievements were fine too. Nothing too crazy except maybe the 30 mil one. Definitely grind to lv50 to make that one easy.
