🚂 Soko Loco Deluxe is a cute train tycoon!
In the game, you'll place tracks and buildings, assign workers and make train schedules. Collect planks, bricks and steel to build more infrastructure, and feed towns to grow their population. Over time, natural resources will deplete, so you'll have to think one step ahead to keep up the production flow. Can you complete the enormous, final monument?
Learning the game will take you less than an hour thanks to its intuitive and simple controls. However, managing 4 kinds of materials, natural resources that deplete, using different kinds of tracks, and building a monument as fast as possible all provide more strategic challenge than most tycoon games have to offer.
The Deluxe version adds new track-parts, upgrades, buildings, a level-editor, high-scores, and much more! Play and replay the procedurally generated campaign, or easily create and share your own. Compete for the fastest times, try to get all of the achievements, or relax and build whatever you like.
Soko Loco Deluxe is for veteran train sim fans and newcomers alike, putting the best of train tycoons in a relatively easy-to-understand game!

I love LEGO LOCO, so when I saw “soko loco” in my recommendations, you can guess where my brain immediately went, right? I finally got around to buying and playing Soko Loco today and… wow! It’s not the same gameplay as Lego Loco - that was more of a sandbox, build your own thing and get weird postcards from the Loch Ness monster type of game. But Soko Loco definitely borrows some of its charm and makes me feel nostalgic about it nonetheless. Soko Loco is more train-oriented, strategic city builder. You start with the basics of creating a train, making it pick up logs at the lumberjack’s and dropping them off at the sawmill to turn them into planks. That’s the first level. After that, as the game progresses, the puzzles get more complicated, as you have to manage not only wood production but also things like food production.2 found this helpful
Simple tycoon game, Sokpop nails it again. Crazy they was supposed to be making 20-60 minute games yet they have designed enough depth in many for me to enjoy for dozens of hours.1 found this helpful
I have just started and the tutorial is hard to follow is that suppose to be like that? I have to read and essay but at like 5 words at a time. Could there be an easier way? or force the player to follow the directions cause Ive had to restart like four times already just trying to do the tutorial. Or is there a way to change how the tutorial is formatted?
its,,, ok,,, sort of a frustrating grinder but the thought process is there. there's just a few things like the timing, the railroads, the artisian goods, that might need tweaking
