About Sound of Slash
Overview: A world divided into eight terrains, each with a rune that maintains and manages the terrain and guardian spirits that protect it. The terrains are destroyed by the contamination of the runes, and the spirits and creatures that inhabit them, including the guardians, are turned evil by the runes. G, a wanderer who protects the runes of this world, senses that the world is becoming strange and realizes that the runes are becoming corrupted, so he sets out on a journey to each terrain to purify the corrupted runes and guardians!
Design: Design inspiration from the art style of classic arcade games from the 90s, Ussistant aim to encapsulate a stylized and cartoony aesthetic that evokes a sense of retro nostalgia. With vibrant action and effects, our goal is to emphasize the impact and thrill of rhythm gaming.Localization: Currently, we only service English, but in the future, we also plan to service languages from various Asian and European countries, and add not only languages but also music genres from each country so that more people can enjoy it.

Similar impressions as with the game Friday Night Funkin (FNF). F'k in the ass with your gameplay, but at least have good tactical music. The only question at the moment is: for the sake of achievement do you need to wait for the future plot? In short, the game is really worth more attention because of its similarity to the above-mentioned game. Because it's only for the better, to have a hated game, but still love to play because of its difficulty. After all, that's exactly what FNF is. The developer abandoned the game when nobody played it because of the AI slop and also the fact that it's just an inferior ripoff of Dance Dance Revolution, and adding a mouse/furry themed brawling aspect really wasn't what the genre needed. The developers abandoned this 5 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. Great Game! The music is incredible and the gameplay is rhythmic and intuitive.
It's a bit rough but its got the basics down. Hope it gets that story mode eventually because right now its a bit weird just being a little rat dude swinging to the beat of songs that don't sound like they fit the setting very well. Kudos on opening up with calibration as well.
a unique and enjoyable take on the rhythm genre. Songs were fun to play through and having the notes come from both sides was interesting. Looking forward to future content!
